Tonight the Dawg River Road Trip is gonna' take a swing through Appalachia from North Carolina up to western New York as a tribute to another departed National Treasure "Doc" Watson. Most o'th show will be Doc's music and that covers a lot o'years.

This time it's not Marching Band music .. Nope, tonight's Dawg River Road Trip takes us to Frankfurt Germany, Poland, France, The High Desert of Southern Utah, San Francisco and Hawaii. Though not the classic European aristocratical Grand Tour, it is a nice little musical road trip, don't ya' think?

Tonight the Dawg River Road Trip is goin' to feature, in the first hour, some "Who IS That Guy?" artists. An' I'm talkin' Bad Asses here, not scrub wannabe's. The second hour? Welll.. it won't be 'Didneylan' Virginia .. ya' best roust out the Boat Drink mix, we goin' ta' Margaritaville!
