Alan, aka the Token White Guy, starts out tonight's Idol Radio Show with news that the fiancee of America's Got Talent auditioner Tim Poe was on the local news defending Tim, especially the stutter. After that, Alan breaks the news that The Voice's Javier Colon has parted ways with his label (for more information, visit mjsbigblog.com. The X Factor's Rachel Crow is releasing a CD before winner Melanie Amaro, so Alan gives his thoughts about that.
Alan, aka the Token White Guy, almost screwed up tonight's Idol Radio Show by forgetting to remove last week's replay from the system before showtime. Thankfully, however, Sir Darryl managed to get down to the control room to set things right. Queen Angie was co-host of tonight's show and immediately set about damaging Alan's self-worth. The two had a very long conversation about changing the voting system on American Idol as well as just how different the last five White Guys With Guitars really are. Alan then gives a run down of the format of the new ABC singing competition, Duets, after which Angie gives her thoughts about the show. The two try to talk about So You Think You Can Dance, but there isn't much time left.
Alan, aka the Token White Guy, has a bone to pick with former Regular Commentator, Charlie Spillers (DO NOT visit CharlieSpillers.com), which results in Charlie making Alan cry live on the air several times. A Justin Bieber Baby Daddy News update yields that, well, there isn't anything to update anymore. Alan talks about the finale tomorrow of the soap opera, One Life To Live then moves on to the "WELL, DUH!" revelation from ABC that their casting last season on Dancing with the Stars was weak. Duane calls in to ask a question about all the competition shows on TV, which leads Alan to talk about how the So You Think You Can Dance results show has been cancelled and how he thinks the performance show will be cancelled after this season. Alan then plays a clip from his segment on today's Sir Darryl Radio Experience that resulted in Darryl saying that Alan has ruined the bathroom experience for him.
IdolBlogLive.com owner and FarmVille Rant Radio Show Ranter-in-Chief, DJ Slim, joined Alan, aka the Token White Guy, for tonight's X Factor and entertainment news driven show. Topics tonight included X Factor news about the winner shooting a Pepsi commercial, Mariah Carey signing on to the show, how much Simon Cowell will make, Lady GaGa, and an auditioner who exposed himself on stage. After a brief So You Think You Can Dance detour, the guys talk about Kim Kardashion's wedding, DMX's arrest, Vanilla Ice's hit, and Richard Hatch's destitution. And Slim asks with a straight face, "Who is Clark Gable?" Yes. We know. Slim is hopeless.
